1. About MetaEnergy
MetaEnergy LLC creates and provides software solutions for the energy sector and other industries. These Terms govern your access to and use of MetaEnergy’s websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts and Security
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, use automated means to access it, or violate any laws.
4. Intellectual Property
MetaEnergy and/or its licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited license to use the Service.
5. Your Data / User Content
You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant MetaEnergy a limited license to host and process User Content only as needed to provide the Service.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaEnergy disclaims all warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaEnergy will not be liable for any indirect damages. Total liability will not exceed GEL 300.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
