For project teams
Albert responds in authorized WhatsApp groups linked to MetaEnergy-managed projects. Group members can ask about project work and materials; the project operator controls access.
Optional Google Drive connection
If an administrator enables Google Drive, Albert can list, search and download eligible files directly inside a configured folder. The broad Google Drive OAuth permission selected for Albert would technically authorize access to every Drive file available to the connected account; Albert's application rules limit its operations to the configured folder.
Answers in the group
Albert may use selected project material and relevant file content as context for its configured AI provider. Resulting answers can appear in the authorized WhatsApp group.
Human-controlled uploads
A new binary file can be uploaded from a project artifact to the selected Drive folder only after a human administrator reviews and approves the exact action. Albert does not overwrite or delete existing Drive files.
